Returning goods

When a shipped box  article is damaged you should not  take the shipment but return it unopened, else we can not get the insurance for the goods.

Lipo Cells and sales items are Not Refundable or Guaranteed.
Hetrc kits are sold as is , some little dents,scratches , or small cracks should be considered as ok, as Hetrc does not produce better quality. 
If returning for guarantee issues please note that the shipping to us and you is yours, please ad funds for reshipping to your address and also ship insured and signed for.

Warranty is void if : motor wires are cut beyond original size, Wires Broken or motor shaft is shortened we can not give a warranty for this alterations. so test your motor first
Burned out motors are also excluded from warranty

RBCkits sends order all over the world, but only on pre paid base , and to almost all country's note that there is a sales tax discount on orders outside the european union,
we normally refund this via the payment methode as the shop calculates vat , it is 21% calculate as this  sales price E121.- tax in this sales is 21 % (121/121*100) is E100.- without the sales tax
