Do i get a answer for delivery time and date ?

You always are informed by E-mail about your order and the expected delivery time,
May a product not be available, you will be informed.

 Why do we need your personal data ?

If you decide to order we need your name and address to ship the goods to.
And very importand if it is a company to ship to , please name the company and the name of the receiving person
Sometimes the delivery will not deliver to a person on a company address
If you would like to have your personal data removed from our database just send us a email
and we will remove all your personal data.
Price and VAT 
All prices are advice sales price including 21% vat EURO.
For items delivered to outside the European Union, you may be subject to additional charges for VAT and, when applicable, customs duties in your country.
Delivery time
Depending on stock and country of origin, some products can take a long time to get in store, we will inform you in that case.
Note that all kits are made special for you when ordering , we do not have stock we are not a stock producer but a custom producer
Also you can ask us for parts added or changed for you , for maybe a little cost or nothing depending on the work.

RBCkits Warranty Missing or Defect Parts Warranty

In Case some parts are missing or bad cut, unfortunatly this can happend, but we make sure you get the right parts new cnc cut.
Minor errors can be taken care of yourself , we do not send out a complete new part if there is a little corner missing a few cuts to be made ,
or a trailing edge that is 2mm smaller that can  be solved easy by sliding the part to the edge or by gluing on a little piece of leftover wood.
Also if some stringers are missing, most of the time there is plenty of leftover material to cut a few yourself (not for special sizes)
We can not send a box with 1 or 2 stringers 3x6mm  this is just to expensive and no use as you can cut a few yourself
This also counts for the vacuumformed parts , sometimes a litle crack in parts may occure because of tension in the material or the transportation.
The canopys are made from polycarbonate or petg, this does not crack.
Most of the times this small cracks are easy fixed with a drop of ca we do not send out new parts for this.
For warranty issues we do need pictures from damaged parts, this also counts for shipping damage.
So you have to check the contains of your kit within 8 days of receiving for a guarantee for missing parts.

We do  have a warranty of one year on the kit with original invoice.

Kits and parts can change without notice.

Returning goods
When a shipped box  article is damaged you should not  take the shipment but return it unopened, else we can not get the insurance for the goods.

 When there is something wrong with your order or a wrong article is received or damaged , you can return the article with a written motivation within 8 days of receiving, in original box and the items unopened.
Sales items are Not Refundable or Guaranteed.
We pay you back without the shipping cost and without the cost for taking the payment as the payment providers do not return this cost to us , refunding may take up to 4 weeks this is for the reason that kits are made special for you, we do not have a stock of kits
 Also small errors in the drawing are not a reason for returning a kit , small errors do happend we are just human 
If returning for guarantee issues please note that the shipping to us and you is yours, please ad funds for reshipping to your address and also ship insured and signed for.

Warranty is void if : motor wires are cut beyond original size, Wires Broken ormotor shaft is shortened we can not give a warranty for this alterations. so test your motor first
Burned out motors are also excluded from warranty.
And very importand .. do oil your ballbearings , with the edf running at 40-50000 rpm your bearings will wear out very soon , frequently oiling is neccesary.
Ballbearings are also excluded from guarantee
