RBCkits cnccut  kits are CAD designed from original scale drawings and cnc-cut from hand sorted,
top grade balsa and ply.
Intermediate builders who have some experience with framing and sheeting
should have no trouble building a RBCkits .
Large wing areas and lightweight design make our kits some of the best flying kits available. 

While most kits in the past were created using parts that were die-cut from the cheapest available wood,
our kits were designed to be cnc cut from the start.
While more expensive to produce, RBCkits offer extensive part detail and exact parts fit
that simply cannot be reproduced by any other means.
We cut with only hand sorted balsa, which insures evenly balanced parts and a consistent
cut without too much charring.

 Most reproduced plans can vary in size and scale by as much as 15% that is the reason
we print our plans directly on full color plotters.
Not only are they 100% accurate but the use of color makes parts like receivers, pushrods, etc. easily identifiable.

RBCkits were designed with weight in mind. Our cnc-cut-interlocking design allows us
to use lightweight balsa in and ply many areas .
Option for computer designed lightning holes maximize strength while making the kits even lighter.
Wood blocks or strip planking are only used when absolutely necessary. This not only saves weight, but building time.

What is included in your RBCkits kit .

We hand select different weights and grains of balsa for different parts of your kit.
This allows you to build your kit as light as possible without it being too fragile.

What sets RBCkits apart from everyone else is their light weight and intricate CNC-cutting.
Lit-Ply formers at critical locations and limited use of heavy ply insures
that your RBCkits kit will remain light, strong and fly great! 

All RBCkits kits are fully sheeted (where applicable) with  balsa.
This sheeting provides strength and gives you an excellent base for scale finishing.
All necessary sheeting wood is included.

Vacuum forming Mouldings are 3d cnc-cut to ensure perfect fit.
Vacuumformed formed canopies in your RBCkit are made from 1mm PETG or Polycarbonate
so they retain clarity and strength and do not crack.
Other parts such as wing filets, Cowls, belly pans, scoops, etc.
are made from  styrene for durability. 

We print each set of plans directly from the CAD program to a color inkjet plotter.
This guarantees that the plans match each cnc cut part exactly.
Please note that drawings shrink and expand by temperature and humidity
The different colors help to define areas in the plans such as servos, control rods, etc.

A digital photo album for each kit is included  by download
The manual details each step of the construction process .
The download may also contain a 3d pdf  to check all items in the model.
